Administrator for Malayalees in Bayan, Kuwait
We are a growing company seeking a competent Administrator to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the company. This position is open to Malayalees who are currently residing in Bayan or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam and English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary:
1600$ per month
