Office Administrator
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Bayan, providing administrative support to our office operations. As an administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, managing schedules, and handling day-to-day tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh Indian graduate looking to start their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Keep track of employee attendance and leave requests
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the office is kept clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
