Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel, targeting Indian customers. Your main goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential business partners.

Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and plans to attract Indian customers to our hotel
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with key partners
- Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of Indian travelers
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials that target Indian market
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor competitors' sales activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel targeting Indian market
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in previous roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of cultural differences when dealing with Indian clients
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: 1300$

Location: Riyadh (Preference for Indians or candidates with experience working with Indian clientele)
