Office Assistant
We are in need of an organized and efficient Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team in Al Ahmadi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments and assisting with various tasks as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience in an office setting and be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or taking messages
- Managing emails and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area
- Maintaining office supplies by ordering new supplies as needed
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members
- Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinating with other departments within the company as necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an office setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
