Executive Chef at a High-End Restaurant in Dar Kulaib
As an Executive Chef at our high-end restaurant in Dar Kulaib, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary team. You will work closely with the restaurant's management to ensure the highest quality of food, service, and customer satisfaction. Your creativity and expertise in culinary arts will be essential in designing and updating our menu to keep up with trends and meet our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage and train a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
- Develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients, customer feedback, and market trends
- Ensure food quality meets or exceeds established standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Up-to-date with current culinary trends and techniques
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This job is located in Dar Kulaib.
Education Level:
This position requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent. A culinary degree or certification is preferred.
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant setting.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are typically long and may include weekends and holidays. Flexibility with scheduling is required.
