Job Title: Part-Time Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Part-Time Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a restaurant, preferably in the hospitality industry. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies accordingly
- Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and promote the restaurant's brand

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of restaurant management software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
