Office Assistant in Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office.
Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, managing office supplies and equipment, organizing and maintaining files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with basic accounting tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to provide general support to our team members as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
