Executive Chef for Upscale Restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our upscale restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and high-quality menu items that reflect the restaurant's concept and appeal to customers.
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen employees.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop cost-effective menus that meet financial targets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve kitchen processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team.
- Ability to create unique and appealing menus using fresh ingredients.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
Salary: $1400 per month
This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we can provide assistance with finding suitable housing. We welcome Malayalee candidates with excellent English communication skills. Freshers with relevant training or experience are also encouraged to apply.
