Machine Operator Trainee

As a Machine Operator Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills needed to operate various types of machinery in our manufacturing facility in Al Buraymi. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1500$. No prior experience is required as we will provide comprehensive on-the-job training. We also offer visa sponsorship for non-Omani candidates. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers who are looking to kickstart their career in the manufacturing industry.

In this role, you will work under the supervision of experienced Machine Operators to learn how to set up, operate and maintain different types of machines such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines. You will also be responsible for ensuring that production quotas are met and maintaining quality standards.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong interest in machinery and be mechanically inclined. You should also have good hand-eye coordination and be able to use hand tools effectively. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are crucial for this role.
