Part-Time Crane Operator


We are in need of a skilled and reliable part-time Crane Operator to join our team in Muharraq. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition heavy materials or objects on construction sites, ports, or other industrial areas. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the field while earning a competitive salary of 1600$. The position also includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes according to safety regulations and manufacturers' instructions
- Inspect and maintain the crane to ensure safe operation at all times
- Communicate with ground personnel to ensure proper positioning and movement of materials or objects
- Read and interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, checking fluids, and replacing worn or damaged parts
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including pre-shift inspections, maintenance logs, and work orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid crane operator license/certification from a recognized training institute
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Good understanding of safety regulations related to crane operations
- Ability to read load charts and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work on weekends or evenings depending on project needs. As a crane operator, you will spend most of your working hours outdoors in varying weather conditions. The job may also require working at heights and handling heavy loads.
