Sales Associate - Retail (Al-Rayyan)



We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our retail team in Al-Rayyan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maximizing sales opportunities. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for retail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Meet sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Must be Malayalee or Egyptian (preference)
- Must possess a valid biometric passport (if non-Qatari)
- Fluent in English (preferred)
- Previous retail experience is not required but considered an asset
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Salary:
Starting salary of 1100$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
