Surveyor - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and structures to determine boundaries, elevations, and other important data. As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels
- Analyze survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land
- Measure and mark construction sites to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to plan construction projects
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Provide accurate data for cost estimations and project timelines
- Maintain records of surveys, reports, and other important documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month
