Surveyor - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are in search of a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and buildings to determine property boundaries and locations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners to measure and record data
- Analyze data collected from surveys and produce accurate maps, plans, and reports
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land for deeds, leases or other legal documents
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in surveying projects
- Conduct topographic surveys to gather information on natural features such as elevations or contours
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to surveying procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years in the field
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to use advanced surveying software
- Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, etc.
- Experience using GPS equipment such as Trimble or Leica is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English
- Indian national preferred
