Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office in Mecca. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an office assistant, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting principles. Responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with record-keeping and data entry. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, including accommodation. We welcome applications from both men and women of any nationality, but proficiency in English is preferred.
