Entry Level Librarian

As an Entry Level Librarian in our Muharraq library, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations and services of the library. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience, making it a great opportunity for those who are just starting their career as a librarian.

Your main duties will include organizing and maintaining the library's collection, assisting patrons with finding materials, and providing basic reference assistance. You will also be responsible for checking in and out books, processing new materials, and shelving returned items. In addition, you will assist with planning and promoting library events and programs.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for books and knowledge, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities. A biometric passport is required for this position.
