Executive Chef (Egyptian Cuisine)

As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that highlight the rich flavors and ingredients of Egyptian dishes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing food preparation, managing inventory and budget, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and training and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate must have a passion for Egyptian cuisine, at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
