We are a well-established bakery in Al Buraymi, Oman and we are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to our recipes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, without accommodation provided. We welcome applicants of any nationality and gender, as long as they have their own valid visa for employment in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to established recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Shape and mold dough into desired shapes for various baked goods
- Bake items in accordance with proper temperatures and times
- Decorate pastries and desserts using glazes, icings, or other toppings
- Monitor food production to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a commercial bakery setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, etc.
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
- Must have valid visa for employment in Oman
