Part-time Sales Manager
We are in need of a proactive and results-driven Part-time Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide regular reports to upper management
- Ensure that all sales targets are met or exceeded
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive business operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is $1400 per month. The company also provides accommodation for employees as well as support for obtaining own visa if needed.
