Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dubai. Our ideal candidate is a friendly and customer-oriented individual who is able to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders and serve food and beverages
- Ensure all customer needs are met in a timely manner
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
