A leading construction company in Jizan is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed within the specified time frame, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute construction projects according to specifications and deadlines
- Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules
- Monitor progress and performance of contractors, subcontractors, and workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Develop strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs without compromising quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
