A reputable flower shop in Al-Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. We are looking for an English-speaking individual with a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging various types of flowers for different occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements according to clients' preferences
- Prepare flowers by removing thorns, trimming stems, and conditioning them for maximum freshness
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect arrangements for their needs
- Keep up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Florist is required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and seasonal availability
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English
