A reputable land surveying company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for various construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying techniques, equipment operation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various tools and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Prepare detailed maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveyed areas
- Analyze collected data to identify discrepancies or errors
- Provide accurate measurements for construction planning and boundary determinations
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Adhere to safety standards while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment operation, and data analysis
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other surveying software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract job: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
