The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in pastry production and a passion for creating unique and delicious pastries. Responsibilities will include recipe development, production planning, inventory management, and ensuring the overall quality and consistency of our pastries. The candidate should have excellent time management skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be able to lead and train a team of pastry assistants. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and is open to candidates of Pakistani or Malayalee nationality who are fluent in English.
