We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Business Coach, you will work closely with clients to help them improve their business strategies, processes, and overall performance. You will be responsible for analyzing company data, identifying areas of improvement, and creating customized plans to achieve business goals. Additionally, you will provide coaching and training to help clients develop leadership skills and effectively manage their teams.

To excel in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of business principles and practices. A minimum of 2 years' experience in coaching or consulting is preferred. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for the right candidate.
