Legal Adviser (Indian Nationals) - Abu Dhabi



We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Indian National, you will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance and support to our company's operations in the UAE.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian National
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser in the UAE or India
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on various matters related to business operations, contracts, employment, etc.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and other parties
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the UAE
- Conduct legal research on various topics as assigned by management
- Handle legal disputes or issues that may arise with clients or employees
- Keep up-to-date with any changes in laws or regulations that may affect the company's operations

Salary & Benefits:
In addition to a competitive salary of 1100$, we also offer free visa and ticket for our Indian national employees. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
