Legal Adviser (Contract) - Abu Dhabi, UAE


A reputable law firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Legal Adviser to join our team on a contract basis. As a Legal Adviser, you will provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for drafting legal documents and representing clients in court proceedings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Adviser
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters
- Review and draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' businesses
- Collaborate with other lawyers within the firm to handle complex cases

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000 USD per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.

Working Conditions:
