Maintenance Technician

We are in need of an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Medina. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to repairing and maintaining equipment and facilities. This job requires a high level of physical strength and stamina, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs
- Install new equipment or fixtures as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when performing tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed
