Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Ar Rumaythiyah. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, managing budgets and resources, coordinating schedules and deadlines, and conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region. Excellent communication skills in English are required for this role. You must also possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
