Entry-Level Construction Manager


Our construction company in Bayan is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience in the construction industry. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will work closely with our senior team members to learn the ins and outs of project management and gain hands-on experience in the field. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations at various job sites. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual who is eager to learn and grow within our company.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress at job sites and report any issues or delays to senior management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Manage material orders and inventory levels at job sites
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the construction process
