Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee our upcoming projects in Bayan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects preferred

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Bayan, Egypt. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already located in the area.
