Administrator for a Logistics Company in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our logistics company in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and be familiar with logistics processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team
- Process and track orders, invoices, and other documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
- Assist with managing schedules and appointments for the logistics team
- Handle any inquiries or issues related to orders or shipments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in the logistics industry
- Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.
