Mason Supervisor


A construction company based in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. We are specifically looking for Malayalee candidates, as this is a preference for our company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, including accommodation.

As a Mason Supervisor, your main responsibility will be overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure the timely and efficient completion of various construction projects. You will be responsible for providing guidance and instructions to the team, as well as inspecting their work to ensure it meets quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. You must also have strong leadership skills and be able to communicate effectively with your team. A good understanding of construction plans and blueprints is also required.

Your duties will include planning and organizing the masons' work schedule, ordering necessary materials, and ensuring all safety procedures are followed on site. You will also need to train new masons and provide performance evaluations for your team members.
