UX Designer


We are hiring a talented UX Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our website and digital products. You will work closely with our development team and stakeholders to understand user needs and design solutions that improve usability and overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and experience with various design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. This is a full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Proven track record of delivering successful user-centered designs
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Experience working closely with development teams to implement designs
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Arabic is a plus)
- Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate your design ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
- Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability and overall satisfaction
- Conduct usability testing to validate the effectiveness of your designs
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
