Barista (Indian) for a Café in Ajman

We are in search of a talented and experienced Indian Barista to join our team at a café in Ajman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee and other beverages to our customers. You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
-Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the work area and dining area
-Take orders from customers, process payments, and handle cash transactions
-Ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed at all times
-Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies as needed
-Provide suggestions for new menu items or promotions to increase sales
-Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively and escalate issues as needed

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or restaurant setting
-Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art skills are preferred
-Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
-Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
-Knowledge of food safety guidelines is required
-Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
-Must have a valid biometric passport
