Sales Manager - Medina, Egypt
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team at our company in Medina, Egypt. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Train and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and recommend improvements
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales staff
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Egyptian market
