We are seeking an experienced English Tutor to provide individualized instruction to Indian students in Bayan. As a tutor, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to parents and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement personalized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students
- Monitor and track student progress through regular assessments
- Provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians on student performance
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage students and improve their English skills
- Stay up-to-date on current teaching methods and materials for effective instruction
- Collaborate with other tutors or teachers to share resources and ideas

Requirements:
- Native English speaker or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in education, English, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in tutoring or teaching English as a second language
- Experience working with Indian students preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Bayan, a city known for its vibrant culture, beautiful beaches, and excellent food. While this job is open to all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates.
