Mason Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons and ensure quality work on construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a mason and possess strong leadership skills. The role will be based in Ar Rumaythiyah, and we welcome Indian nationals with fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Train new masons and provide guidance to improve skills
- Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project deadlines
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Report any issues or delays to management

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mason, preferably with supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of various construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with good dexterity
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred
