Crane Operator

Crane operators are skilled professionals responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment. They work in a variety of industries such as construction, manufacturing, and shipping.

As a crane operator in Sharjah, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes to lift and move materials around the job site. Your main goal will be to ensure that materials are moved in a timely manner while adhering to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes such as mobile cranes, tower cranes, and overhead cranes
- Inspect and maintain the crane before and after each use
- Interpret load charts to determine safe lifting capacities
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Complete daily log sheets documenting crane activity and maintenance checks
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient movement of materials on the job site

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes in a similar environment
- Valid crane operator certification/license
- Ability to read load charts and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1300$ per month

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. However, candidates must be able to legally work in Sharjah.
