We are in need of a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes on construction sites. Your main duty will be to safely and efficiently move heavy materials and equipment to designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including tower, mobile, and overhead cranes.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane.
- Read and interpret load charts to determine appropriate crane capacity for each lift.
- Communicate with construction team members to coordinate movements and ensure safety.
- Inspect rigging and lifting equipment before use.
- Keep accurate records of crane operations, maintenance, and inspections.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting.
- Valid UAE driving license with certification from relevant authorities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and load charts.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to crane operation.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent communication skills in English (preferably Hindi as well).
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month along with other benefits. This is a full-time position, but part-time options can be discussed for candidates with their own visa.
