Contract Merchandiser in Muharraq (Urgent)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Muharraq. As a Contract Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to customers in various retail stores. This is a contract-based position with a salary of 1500$ per month, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Set up new product displays and maintain existing ones to attract customers' attention.
- Communicate with store managers or owners to negotiate product placement and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any shortages or overstock situations.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities in order to make strategic recommendations for product positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies that drive sales.
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.
