Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are seeking a motivated and driven Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the construction industry. As an Entry-Level Construction Manager, you will work closely with our experienced team to learn and develop your skills in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. This position offers a starting salary of 1700$, as well as accommodation for non-local employees.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
- Participate in budgeting and cost management activities
- Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and identify any issues or potential delays
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites
- Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- No prior experience required; training will be provided on-site
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (accommodation provided for non-local employees)

Salary: 1700$ per month
