Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your duties will include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software

Preferred:
- Experience working with international teams or clients
- Fluency in Arabic language

Salary: $1700 per month with accommodation provided. This position is open to both students looking for part-time work as well as full-time professionals.
