We are in need of a dedicated and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Jeddah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and able to work part-time without accommodation. This is an urgent position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
