Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Mecca. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles and possess excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expenses
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy are a must
- Familiarity with bookkeeping principles is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia (Preference for Indian nationals)
Job Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time)
