Instrument Technician


An established manufacturing company in Dar Kulaib is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all types of industrial instrumentation equipment used in our production facility.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair various types of industrial instrumentation equipment, including pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instruments
- Calibrate and test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Perform preventative maintenance on instruments as per manufacturer's recommendations
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and instrumentation systems
- Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory levels
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate work schedules and prioritize tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering)
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits and schematics
- Familiarity with various types of instrumentation systems and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with biometric passport requirements preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
