As an Instrument Technician, your main responsibility will be to install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments used in industrial processes. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all instruments are calibrated correctly.

To excel in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of different types of instrumentation, including pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves. You should also have experience reading and interpreting technical diagrams and schematics.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in a similar setting. A technical diploma or certificate in instrumentation or related field is required. Additionally, knowledge of safety protocols and regulations is essential.
