Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be in charge of taking orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service by creating high-quality drinks according to our company's standards. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Provide excellent customer service by creating high-quality drinks
- Follow company's recipes and standards for each drink
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition
- Restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Barista preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1000/month
Location: Al-Rayyan
Preference: Indian national
