Waiter/Waitress - Malayalee Cuisine



We are a premier restaurant in Medina, known for our delicious Malayalee cuisine. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Make menu recommendations and answer any questions about the dishes
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with Malayalee cuisine knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken) and basic English (written)
- Must have own valid visa for working in Medina
