We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs
- Monitor sales metrics and report on progress towards goals
- Train and onboard new sales representatives as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and best practices in the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month
