Floral Assistant


We are seeking a skilled Floral Assistant to join our team in Medina. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. This full time position is ideal for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and looking for an entry level job in the floral industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of floral design, including selecting and arranging flowers, trimming stems, and preparing vases
- Greet customers and assist with their floral requests, providing recommendations and suggestions as needed
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring that all items are well-stocked and organized
- Process orders through our POS system accurately and efficiently
- Keep the shop clean and presentable at all times, including cleaning vases, sweeping floors, and organizing shelves
- Help with deliveries as needed, ensuring that arrangements arrive at their destination in perfect condition

Requirements:
- No prior experience in floristry is required, but a passion for flowers and creativity is a must
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with customers from different backgrounds
- Ability to work full time hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects such as vases or buckets of water
- Attention to detail and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Male candidates preferred due to the physical demands of the job

Salary:
